Client Counseling (particular for lawyers)
I'm participating in a client counseling competition next week (the ABA Law Student Division one). I was wondering if anyone on here had participated before or had any tips when it comes to client counseling? I have some experience with it, but my partner and I just want to be as well prepared as possible.
