Dionysus, in a way, THAT'S the whole point! Things are just getting flat out tasteless. Why do we need a crotch biting dog to sell something or make us laugh?

(I did NOT like Kid Rock in the flag, but I didn't understand the lyrics so didn't know the point he was making.)
This may very well be the straw that breaks the camels back.
The whole thing was marketed to 18 year old males. (I got that from my daughter and seconded by my Mom.) This is one of those times when a huge diversity of Americans settle down and watch the tube. Why didn't they take that into account? Like it or not, they were invited into our home. Such a display was not expected or appreciated.
