They have a small Greek System -- last I knew about 5 fraternities, probably one or two less sororities. We talked to them about colonizing, but their IFC is a pretty tough nut to crack and some of their requirements are, we thought, unreasonable.
As for the school -- very nice campus and very high academic standards. Outstanding music school (we have a friend in their voice department). It is the school from which Condeleza Rice (I probably destroyed the spelling of her first name) got her PhD.
Also pretty expensive.
Lots of recent graduates of schools from around the country who want to live in Denver choose the DU area in which to live.
