I did horribly last week, so I kind of quit counting points around Tuesday.

I started over again yesterday and went over because I was frustrated with my husband and that forced me to eat cookie after cookie. But today is a new day, and I'm even going to the gym tonight. I haven't stepped on a scale since last week because I'm kind of afraid of what it'll say. I'm doing WW on my own (using Winning Points) so I don't have meetings to keep me accountable.
I can't wait until it gets warm out again and I can start going on walks outside. I hate that in the winter I have no motivation to get off the couch!
