lavalier counts.... if I remember I take it off before I go out... if I do forget I turn it so the pendant is under my hair... I mean it's probably better not to have letters on your body at all... but if you take off jewelry while out it's likely to get lost ... so tucking it in or turning it around is sufficent to me
