www.irs.gov and they will list several places you can choose from. I used HR Block and did it for free.

I just did both my federal and state in less than 45 minutes. HOT DAYUM!
And am getting refunds for both.
It cost 19.95 to do the state returns but I get both refunds in 2 weeks.
And I do not have a math headache like I did last year.
