Frankie is a lil weird when it comes to dressing, but not everyone in the world wants to walk around in preppy clothing or halter tops. Not to be bitchy but be a lil more open minded. Haven't any of you been around people who think of themselves as "individual"? They may not be individual, but they're doin their thang and should at least get some respect for being themself.
