At my school, lost quite a few legacies to other chapters in the last couple years. I'm not sure why, but that's just how it happened and the most heartbreaking one was this a recent Fall Rush. One of our sisters' little sister was a freshman and went through Formal Rush. She was in love with our chapter and our chapter loved her and up until Preference, we were 100% sure she would go Alpha Phi. Well, it comes time for Bid Day and we find out she went to another chapter. It was so upsetting and our sister was pretty upset. Her younger sister was crying all through Bid Day because she didn't want to disappoint her sister. Initially we were disappointed, because she was awesome, but then we realized she needed to be where she felt she belonged. All was fine until some dirty info came out of the woodwork. It "is rumored" that her Rho Chi, whom she fell in love with, revealed herself. That's the chapter she went to, and her Rho Chi is, shock that, her Big Sister. My sorority little sister in our chapter is friends with her and says that she isn't happy with her decision.
