I constantly fidget...clicking pens, playing with zippers, or popping my knuckles.
I've read something that people who fidget tend to be closer to their ideal weight than those that don't...fidgeting burns some extra calories...probably not much, but over time it adds up (kinda like drinking 8 glasses of ice cold water can add up to more than 5 pounds of weight lost over a year simply from the energy expended to heat it up to body temprature.
