I am pleased to report that I have lost 9 pounds since signing up for the discovery shish-ka-boo.
With my work schedule, it's hard for me to workout at the gym everyday, but when i'm there I try to do at lest 45 mins of the eliptical. i have also been trying to follow the guidelines for eating. The hardest thing so far has been trying to balance my protein and carbs at every meal. I could have a bowl of mashed potatoes and be ok

I want to lose at leat 10-15 more pounds, so I can get into some more of my clothes.
