I personally did these very things during this holiday weekend. I laid my head back in the tub and I listened to some Miles Davis and some Jill Scott (she is my girl!) I must say it did wonders!!
Ladies, we must learn to relax and replenish ourselves on a regular basis if we are to keep up with the hustle and bustle of our everyday lives.
By the way, another suggestion: take time to enjoy the weather while it's still warm. If it's not too hot (as it certainly has been here in the midwest!) go for a quiet stroll through a park or quiet area. Take in some fresh air.
