Someone else mentioned The South Beach diet. Stating that it was similiar to Atkins, but it introduced veggies and fruits WAY sooner, so I may try it.

I stopped to. Eating just meat and cheese was making me way to crabby for my own good. I might check out this Southbeach diet you all speak of. One of my co-workers is doing it now and seems to be doing well on it.
