I feel the same way!!! I am pretty sure I've mentioned this before, but I get most ALL my books from either
www.half.com, or
www.amazon.com and buy gently read books.
There is also a bookchain called Half Price Books, that buys in gently read books, and sells them at least half the cost of a new copy... and I've found that most of the time they sell them for even less than half of the original cost. I don't know if it is a very big chain, but this store has SAVED me because since I'm a college student, I'm always busy with class & work so I can't just "rent" it from the library for a few days b/c sometimes it takes me longer to read. Plus, I'm a poor college student, so getting awesome books at deep discounts completely rocks my world
