I know for our chapter it isn't the same. We were local, and when we went national, all members of the local became the Alpha Class of Tri Delta. We took on a Beta class that semester, and even though they are on the charter, they are not Founders. So it depends.
I am a Founding Sister...but that was only a year ago.
