Okay, I found out what it is.
Basically if you like ranch dressing, you dress up like a cowboy.
If you like French, you dress as a french person.
If you like 1000 island, you dress hawaiian.
So on and so forth.
I'm probably not going to go, b/c of the no money thing, but if I did, I think I'd wear all blue b/c I like blue cheese. Or russian, even though I don't like russian dressing.
