That's so great that your mom had that feeling!! I remember last year a girl who I got to know really really well during recruitment and I thought was in the bag for ADPi ended up going XYZ instead. I was pretty crushed but not so much when a few months later she told me how much she loved our chapter and wished she could've joined it. She told me that her mom was an XYZ though and said she wouldn't pay for her sorority dues if she joined anything else. Isn't that sad?
