I could go on and on....Dubya (and no, I am not a closet Repub) was doing what all politicians do: photo op, plus we, the American taxpayers, got to pay for the side trip (read real reason) which was a major fundraiser while he was in the ATL.
He was in a no win situation either way. If he had not come, he would have been dogged out by black folks for joining only the ranks of Reagan in NOT putting a wreath on his grave. He goes, and folks are mad too.
