For some reason I want to say that we can't do that anymore. I don't know why but a few years ago if we didn't pref a lady but we wanted to let her know something, then we could write a letter to her. I want to say that Panhell started to demained those letters be turned over to them because some groups had bid promising going on or something... don't know the whole story.
Do you know that you can't ask what parties a PNM is going to or has gone to, some sort of rush infraction? I didn't know this till this year, that was once a conversation piece.
