The only time I saw Iron Chef USA (due to the lack of cable service in my humble abode) was when they aired it on one of the primetime channels. The challenger actually made this sorbet out of Dungeness crab. o_O To this day I can never figure out how in the world William Shatner got to be the MC. Weird.
