Hello Sisterfriend and CONGRADULATIONS on your up and coming arrival!!!!! I'm not expecting, however I am the mother of two children (ages 7 yrs. and 22 months). I agree with Mccoyred that you should read, read, read, read and talk with your OB/GYN about ANY and ALL concerns that you may have. My experiences with pregnancy were both good and not so good. With my daughter, I was younger (23), my body was in better shape. I was in labor for 6 hrs. (that's relatively short compared to some labors), no epidural, regular vaginal birth. Now my second pregnancy wasn't so easy. I was almost 30 yrs old, my body didn't take the stress and pain as well. I had an epidural and even with that I ended up having a C-section. I don't want to scare you. Every pregnancy and delivery is different so don't assume that yours will be like anyone else's. What I will say is that IT IS CERTAINLY AN EXPERIENCE. Nonetheless, one that should be cherished because many women are not able to have their own children. BE BLESSED!!!
