On most campuses, the majority of new members are freshmen/women. There are alot of Greek/nonGreek freshpeople
that don't make very good grades the 1st semester/quarter in college. As a result, it would be very disheartening to find out that most of your nm's couldn't be initiated Spring semester/quarter because they didn't make grades.
