Trendy tatoo = trashy or stupid (As in I am drunk silly girl on Spring Break woo)
That includes trendy lower back tatoos, trendy ankle tatoos, foot ones and the ones just below the waist line.
For those people that are just into tatoos . . its different. Not my cup of tea, but at least its moe of an artistic statement than a stupid drunk high thing to do.
