if it looks like a dog, smells like a dog and sounds like a dog...it's a dog--no matter what you try to call it.
the same goes for "recruitment"
we're still doing the same thing, in the same way but just with different terminology. if they really wanted to change things up, changing a name does nothing. change the process if that's what the problem is.
calling it rush or recruitment, pledge or PNM....it's still the SAME thing.
