I am familiar with the having two stroll lines going at one time being a no-no. In my experience, when sorors are strolling, we all try to learn the one they are doing or vice versa depending on who started strolling first. My Prophytes always told me that sorors are to NEVER have more than one stroll going at one time, whether its our own party where there are a whole lot of us there or not. It just isn't right or indicitive of unity (that is how I was taught, makes sense to me). I would not get angry with other sorors for starting another stroll, they may not have been taught the same thing I was, we would just stop our stroll and join theirs. Getting angry would also not be indicitive of togetherness.
As far as the overt lyrics, it has become common, at least for my chapter and I suppose this region to not stroll to songs that hurt your ears while listening. If sorors want to break off and just dance with their man or whomever, that is fine. I guess while strolling, since we are representing Delta, it kind of looks tasteless to jam and stroll while OO-OOping to a song that has overly-explicit or degrading lyrics. This is just the thinking here where I am.
