Yep, the very same I believe. As long as it wasn't owned by a Boston U. fraternity, the president of the University didn't care; he just didn't want any Boston U. greek orgs on campus.
The chances of any orgs securing housing at Boston U. are extremly slim; there was brief talk about letting fraternities get some of the brownstones over towards Beacon Street and Park Drive, but that talk went nowhere fast. The fraternity system as a whole is still pretty small (Kappa Sigma is the only chapter with more than 25 members), and it doesn't look like sororities will get on-campus housing either despite growing numbers. While there are unofficial off-campus houses for many orgs, official housing is merely a dream.
I'm not expecting it anytime soon, and neither is anyone at Boston U.
