While I posted my comments on this show in another forum...
...I will post a summary of them here.
While I understand the whole commotion of this Sam/Omarosa dilemma, you must understand, the winner is determined by the one who possesses the strongest leadership potential and corporate business saavy, not who is the most popular and the most buddy-buddy. This is in part, the reason why I like this reality show b/c normally I do not watch reality shows, as they are too drama-oriented with no real substance to support it.
Being an MBA, I like watching the corporate-oriented business techniques and strategies these individuals are exercising and practicing, and that is the primary reason why I am watching this show. The drama and BMC sessions and commentaries during the projects I could care less about; they should be reserved for where it counts; the boardroom w/Mr. Trump. The cattiness with the women during the plane ride to Boston was pathetic and unnecessary.
As far as why Sam & Omarosa are still in, it should be obvious; being outspoken and unconventional (which is what the drama with them boils down to) does not inherently demonstate lack of professional business leadership skills, thus it is not a sufficient reason to eliminate them from the contest at this time. Both have in their own way demonstrated leadership potential; they have not yet had a opportunity to truly demonstrate it where it counts. Once that has been done, a better assessment of whether they should stay or go can be determined.
In all fairness, please be objective and try to reserve the Sam/Omarosa complaints until such time.
