We do formal recruitment wtih all of the other NPC and the NPHC sorority on campus. It starts the week that we get back from break! We have 21 actives now but 6 are graduating at the end of the year. I really hope we get at least 6 girls, because if we get at least 6, then I get a little, and I'm totally excited about that. I'm not even 100% positive that I'm getting one, and yet I already have stuff for her! Spring recruitment here is when all of the freshmen are allowed to come out so it's always a lot bigger so there's a good chance that we may get those 6 girls. My pledge class was 5 girls, the Spring class before it was my Big's which was 10 girls.
