I know that Martin Luther King Day is a federal holiday and thus federal offices are closed.
But does anyone know if it is celebrated on a state level by all states? For some reason it is sticking in my mind that it isn't celebrated in Virginia, but I may have imagined it or something (I'm delusional sometimes, ok?
