I succumbed(sp?) to my cravings and had a chocolate bar. That's okay though, I still have plenty of points.
I'm a little scared about getting weighd in on sasturday, fo some reason I don't feel like I've lost anything this week, and I'm scared of putting any on. I've stuck to my points, but I don't know.
I don't want this to discourage me if I do put on some weight, because I am easily discouraged.
