does anyone else feel like these kids should be reported to child services for neglect? they seem to be developmentally behind in how they speak, are they supposed to be in school yet? and what's with them always looking for food,worrying about when their next meal will be, and now hiding it in "their" cupboard and under pillows? do they not get fed?
