No seriously, I'm making my first trip to Florida in March. I'm eating fairly healthy (no soda, minimum sweets to fulfill cravings) and I'm working out 5 times a week. I just need pointers on how to work my obliques better.
For the ladies out there....is there any good exercise you know of for your hips? I need to lose a few inches!
