i'm an agent with american income life, a labor union insurance company that works almost exclusively with labor unions and professional associations and last week i met with a retired union worker and his wife who also said that wal-mart was taking life insurance policies out on their workers without them knowing and of course, were the beneficiaries so when employee's passed, wal-mart was getting paid from it!
