HC sometimes it's good to have the things that you want
HC if you deny yourself for TOO long you'll binge, and that's when you feel REALLY blah
HC the trick is to find substitutes
HC for me I substitute cream sodas for cakey-sweets
HC there is no substitute for chocolate, so I stopped eating it until I could learn to eat only a little bit
HC instead of fried chicken wings, how about a fried chicken breast without the skin? You get the same tenderness of the meat with less fat than and a lot more protein than wings
