At Butler we have six houses.
Wednesday: Meet with Recruitment Counselors
Thursday: Visit all six chapters for 45 minute events (the chapters have 8 parties and the PNMs have 2 breaks)
Friday: Visit four chapters for 1 hour and 15 minute events (this is the skit day)
Saturday: Preference Events at two chapters for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Sunday: Bid Day
I feel our schedule works really well, but I think we need two rounds with all six chapters so the PNMs get to know the chapters better.
