Thanks for asking Soror! Things went well as could be. After reading my post again, I realized I failed to mention that we live 80 miles or so away from each other. We talked about it before hand and said he wasn't a big Valentine's Day kind of guy. Anyway, I sent him an e-greeting. He suggested we take a trip this weekend. So, things are still looking up! I don't have a need to rejoin the V-Day protests, right now.
