It just means there are few people in the past you forget about. A memory from the past that isn't vibrant enough to think about every day, every week or even every month. Now and then you go, "oh yeah, i forgot about that guy...".
I have been seeing people for well over 10 years. My number is not all that high. But I couldn't tell you for sure what it was.
