we all have our faults and things like this go on in the world everyday, and i was lurking in other forums on his status as a role model. do you think it will be lost on the young people of today?

In response to your question as to how Jesse Jackson's revelation will relate to young people, I can see that for some it will be lost for others it will not.
For those who have fathers who have other children, they will be able to relate to the Jackson children. However, some might wonder what makes these kids more special than them. I think our normal everyday children experience more pain as a result because they might have not the resources, financially and emotionally, that Jesse's 2 year old does.
Truthfully, there are a lot of "baby's mamas" out here and these "babies" who will be able to relate to Jesse, his baby's mama. his wife and all of the kids.
