I had mine out (all 4) my freshman year of college. Pretty standard... like everyone else said for the most part... I was out cold for the procedure, didn't feel a thing.

I actually had more problems with coming out of the anesthesia. It made me really nauseous, and that combined with swallowing blood left me pretty sick for a few days. After that though... no problem.

I recently had my last molar on the bottom removed, and I swear, that was worse than my wisdom teeth. I was awake for this one, and I couldn't eat anything solid for almost 3 days... it was awful! Never again!
