I beleive that happened at my school, the year before I affiliated. There were 3 sororities on campus, all founded in 1991. They were doing OK with getting numbers, not wonderful, but alright. Somehow the local on campus was allowed to affiliate with a national and they seem to get alot of girls (but not necesarily keep them, which counts more to me...) and now my org is suffering
We kinda struggle in formal recruitment and dont do very well. We are better at informal things. The girls we get, we keep, but we dont tend to get many. We are hoping to real quota with this spring's informal recruitment.
