I'll start:
Air Force Junior ROTC
OH-871 Squadron located at East High School Columbus, Ohio
Highest rank: C/Major. Position: Chaplain
Memorable moments: C-130 airplane flights
7 Minutes in Heaven in the ROTC room w/the lights out.
Going to ROTC camp @ Fort Knox and two weeks later touring historic miliary sites in and around the Washington DC and Baltimore areas.
Getting promoted to C/2nd Lt. (Thursday May 17, 1990)--that was like a Greek crossing into their respective GLO AFAIC.
Yes, it definately helped me get into APO--All we did was community service.
Note: technically my highest rank was in college
AFROTC Det. 630 Kent State University, Cadet 4th Class
But since I was in it only one semester, I remember little, if anything from that experience.
