I am not an Atkins-eater. I can think of some reasons why your stomach might hurt on that fiet but I can't know too much without knowing exactly what you are eating.
But pain is generally a bad thing. Maybe you could talk to a doctor? That would be my best advice.
Atkins is a great WOE for some people. But for others it is not a viable permanent eating plan- and if you want the weight to stay off the changes you make DO have to be permanent.
I hope everybody doing it has really evaluated not only their goals, but what they're honestly capable of putting up with.
