Yes I own a whole duplex and it is insured as such. If there is a problem, then it is covered, but not the tenets property, that would be covered in thier home owners tht they should have but propbably dont.
Young people do get it right up the rear because of claims especially on vehicle side of it! Claims make up the difference, and they work on stats! Insurance also works on zip codes. Go figure!
Now, who is the Insurance Company to decied if the tenets were Students? Werre there questins to that extint?

I hate to say it, but i put an ATM in my store bolted down to the floor, in a rear room, with a Alarm system, I put the money in it, and it cost me $50.00 a month for that!
