When I pledged Alpha Phi Omega, we started out with over 50 people in the pledge class. I think we initiated about 35 members of the class, including me. It happens. But in the process we mostly weeded out the people who were just there so they could wear letters on a sweatshirt or whatever, and pretty much everyone else was there because they truly believed in what APO is all about.

And like Tom said...maybe they depledged for reasons nothing to do with the sorority. Maybe they had financial problems, or family problems, were leaving school...etc.

Concentrate on the wonderful new girls you do have and don't worry about those who left.
