As an LSU fan, I have to say we should have played against USC. My opinion is if you don't win your division, you shouldn't play for the national championship. So it shouldn't have been OU in New Orleans, it should have been USC.
As far as saying who is the best. You really can't say until the 2 teams match up.
I would love for LSU & USC to play against each other. Some day....
