I always just bookmark the page I want to link to then copy/paste the web address into
the HTML command:
<a href="http://www.typetheURL.com">My Link<a/>
The URL in quotes is the address you're linking to so that when someone clicks on "My Link" in the text on your page, it'll take them right to it. You just have to make sure you've got your characters in the right place.
