Actually, that part of it struck me as odd.
How do they (the court) know? Brit and Git can swear up and down they didn't have sex, and the court can run a pregnancy test... but honestly, it was only like 3 days ago... most pregnancy tests (correct me if I'm wrong) won't let you know until you're 3-6 weeks in.
