LadyPiPhi, I don't know much about Weight Watchers, but I just wanted to wish you luck on your endeavor (since you're Canadian though, I guess you're embarking on an endeavour, right? )

It's so hard to lose weight, but keep reminding yourself how good you're going to feel once you're done!
