Question about Housing
What up guys,

My name is Rich and I am the SMC of the Kappa Rho Chapter at Coastal Carolina Univeristy. Our chapter is fairly new (1997) and we are beginning to make plans for housing. I have a question for anyone whos chapter rents their property right now. I was wondering how you guys were able to find someone that would lease to a fraternity? Also any other tips that can help us out would be appreciated. Thanks.
