weight loss

my best friend has joined weight watchers- gone off it- gone on it- gone off it- you get the idea she just wasn't very consistant and she did lose weight like 15 pounds in like 2 months- but it was very difficult for her..... i know i couldn't do it... i just try to watch what i eat and pay attention to when i'm hungry- and i drink lots of water! i lost and kept 20 pounds off by just paying attention to what i ate- walking more often and drinking tons of water.... anyway- my best friend just joined LA weight loss- i don't know if there is one of yours in that area but a lot of my friends have done it and really like it- ash just started- itsl ike 150 dollars to start! so tahts keeping her going to the meetings since she has so much money invested- plus they map you out on a specific plan- not having points- but eating 1dairy- 3 carbs- 3 proteins- along those lines- she likes it so far- but hang in there- pay attention to your body- take vitamins (esp calcium!) if you want more advice about vitamins PM me or pick up a book about it- or there is a ton of advice online- get back to basics and stay away from bagged/boxed food- (for the most part) food wasn't meant to be eaten out of plastic like that.... anyway- enough babbling- good luck!!!!
