I followed WW before my wedding and lost about 20 lbs. I did it on my own, though, with the books and information given to me by a friend. That worked fine for me, but I know some people really like the motivation and accountability that having leaders and meetings to go to gave them. I'm just starting it again because I've gained about 5-10 lbs now, after the wedding, and really liked the "structure" WW gave me (working towards a specific amount of points, having to plan out meals in advance, figuring out how to work in exercise, etc. . .) but didn't feel like I had to give up anything.

There are some great sites that can help you figure out points for when you go out to eat--Dottie's Weight Loss Zone comes to mind as one that has a great itemized restaurant listing -- www.dwlz.com -- and the books have a good generic listing of foods and items from restaurants (because, hey, we're not always going to make everything we eat, we're going to have to go out every once in a while).

Overall, I've found it fairly easy to follow and have been happy with the results! Good Luck!

Or possibly even a shindig or lollapalooza.
Perhaps it'll be a hootshinpaloozaree. I don't know.
